All prizes are generously donated and every ticket purchased directly supports the work of Soul of the City Gospel Choir, helping spread music, connection and community impact this Christmas. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18+, with clear daily winner notifications and transparent selection via randomised software

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter or the Benefactor and their immediate families, as well as anyone connected with the draw, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Method

• To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Christmas Advent Crowdfundeer campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
• Free entry is also available by post. See below for the free entry postal address. Further details about the free entry route rules are below.

Dates

• The prize draw opens on Friday 28^th November 2025 at 10am and closes on Wednesday 24^th December at 8pm Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prize Details

• The prizes are available to view on our PRIZES page and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• There are 24 prizes available.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using randomising software.
• The draw will take place every day from Dec 1^st – Dec 24^th and the winner(s) will be notified within 3 days of the draw taking place. The winning number will be displayed on the PRIZES page. It is the participants responsibility to check the winning number.
• Winners must claim their prize by responding by email within10 days of being notified of the winning number. Failure to claim the prize in time will result in another winner being drawn.
• Winners will be announced publicly via the Soul of the City Facebook Page project page each day at 8pm via Facebook Live. Further details about publicity are below.

• Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner(s).
• The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent.

Free Entry

• Free entry to the prize draw is available by post.
• To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details, and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage to Soul of the City Ltd. Grace Cottage, Bridestowe, Devon. EX20 4EG
• Entries must be sent via post and will not be accepted if delivered by hand.
• Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void.
• Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.
• Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and/or benefactor to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of purchase.

Disclaimers and Amendments

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Christmas Advent Crowdfundeer project page.
